As the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) in our company, you will collaborate with all business functions – management, technical office, HR department, and site managers – to ensure the correct application of health and safety policies and the development of effective operational procedures in construction sites and company activities.

Responsibility
- Take on the role of Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) of the company
- Draft, update, and manage the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and the related technical documentation
- Develop and updatePOS, safety operating procedures, and prevention plans for construction sites
- Collaborate with management, supervisors, and site managers in safety management
- Conduct periodic inspections at construction sites and checks on the application of safety measures
- Manage training and information for workers on safety matters
- Coordinate relations with the competent doctor, RLS, and supervisory bodies
- Manage procedures related to accidents, near misses, and continuous improvement of the safety system
- Support the company in checks and compliance related to public works and the qualification of companies
Required
- Degree or higher
- Possession of the requirements for carrying out the role of RSPP pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008
- Complete training Module A, B (construction sector), and C
- Experience in the sector of construction and infrastructure sites
- Knowledge of safety procedures in temporary and mobile sites
- Ability to draft technical documentation (DVR, POS, procedures)
- Good knowledge of regulations regarding workplace safety
- Organizational skills, operational autonomy, and teamwork attitude.
Appreciated
- Experience incomplex infrastructure sites(roads, bridges, public works);
- Knowledge of safety management systems ISO 45001
- Experience in managing safety in public contracts
Work location
- Company sites and operational headquarters, with availability for site visits at active sites across the national territory.
Type of contract
- Hiring with fixed-term or permanent contract, commensurate with the candidate's experience
