SITI S.r.l. è in possesso di Attestazione di Qualificazione alla Esecuzione di Lavori Pubblici (SOA), rilasciata da organismo autorizzato ai sensi del D.Lgs. 36/2023. L’attestazione certifica il possesso dei requisiti:
- of economic and financial capacity;
- of technical and organizational suitability;
- of adequate personnel, means, and equipment;
- of documented experience in the execution of complex works.
Tale qualificazione rappresenta un elemento essenziale di garanzia per le stazioni appaltanti, attestando la solidità strutturale dell’impresa e la sua capacità di operare con continuità, affidabilità e piena conformità normativa.
Categorie e classifiche di qualificazione
L’attestazione SOA abilita SITI S.r.l. all’esecuzione di lavori in diverse categorie, coprendo un ampio spettro di interventi infrastrutturali, edilizi e specialistici. Le categorie qualificate includono, tra le altre:
OG 1 – Edifici civili e industriali (Classifica IV‑bis):
We are engaged in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of civil and industrial buildings, managing projects of considerable technological and structural complexity. Our experience ranges from the construction of new structures to the redevelopment of existing complexes, ensuring high standards of safety, energy efficiency, and innovative design..
OG 3 – Strade, autostrade, ponti e opere connesse (Classifica II)
We carry out interventions on road infrastructures, including urban and extra-urban roads, highways, bridges, and ancillary works. OS 6 – Finiture di opere generali in materiali lignei, plastici, metallici e vetrosi (Classifica II);

OS 7 – Finiture di opere generali di natura edile (Classifica III);
