SITI S.r.l., a specialized construction company with over thirty years of experience in civil, infrastructural, and technological works, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its operational team.
The role:
- Coordinate daily site activities, personnel, and resources;
- Ensure compliance with timelines, quality, and safety;
- Promptly resolve operational and technical issues;
- Collaborate with technical offices and project management for project optimization.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in complex construction sites;
- Willingness to travel or be assigned to sites in locations different from their residence for an indefinite duration;
- Advanced technical knowledge of civil and infrastructural works;
- Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams;
- Proactivity, practical spirit, and results-oriented.

Required
- High school diploma or higher
- Driver's license B
- Experience and competence
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of spoken and written Italian
- Highly autonomous
- Valid work permit for foreigners
Appreciated
- Driver's license C or higher
- Experience using computer tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Additional languages
- Strong analytical skills
